Do You Accept Insurance?

Verity Integrative Aesthetics & Wellness is a cash-pay practice.

To provide the highest level of personalized care, we do not contract with or bill insurance companies, including Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time services are provided.

Can I Submit My Visit to My Insurance?

Possibly. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you are welcome to submit your visit for possible reimbursement.

Upon request, we are happy to provide a detailed, itemized receipt (or superbill, when appropriate) containing the information your insurance company may require.

Please note:

• We do not verify insurance benefits.

• We do not submit claims to insurance companies.

• We do not obtain prior authorizations.

• We do not communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, reimbursement, or appeals.

• Any reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Many aesthetic and wellness services are considered elective and are not covered by insurance. However, some medically appropriate wellness evaluations or visits may qualify for reimbursement under certain out-of-network plans. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier directly with questions regarding your specific benefits.
